Oh, hi there! What’s that? I have a blog? I have a blog I haven’t written on in nearly a month?? Whoops!

What can I say? Other than the last couple of weeks have been quite a whirlwind!

This is what my weekend has looked like so far….studying and taking care of my little Henna, who is no longer able to be with child. She was spayed on Thursday, and ever since hasn’t wanted to leave my side.

Here she is the day I brought her home, she had to wear a cone because she also had a little surgery on her leg and was chewing on that spot. She was higher than a kite and would run into doors and furniture because of her cone, but would just stand that, and I would have to guide her along.

She really is such a sweet little girl. She always wants you to play with her and doesn’t like to be left alone. She LOVES people, which the only downside I see to that is when we are walking on the sidewalk, she wants to play with each person that passes us!  Here she is with her puppy eyes…saying, “Please play Mommy!”

I know there is a glare on this picture, because I was taking the picture from inside the house. But this is such a typical Henna picture. She goes outside with her toy and looks back inside to see if you are coming out to play with her.

I visited a local agri-science high school a couple of weeks ago. It was really neat. A place that any public school student can attend. They can focus on anything from veterinary science to aquaculture to equine to crops to green energy and more! Here is a shot I got while in the barn.

My blog is coming up on its 1st birthday and I am coming up on my 4th anniversary of turning 21!
