I have quite a curious little girl on my hand. Her favorite spots are inside my coffee table and at the bottom of the butcher’s block.

She seriously blends in with all my black furniture, sometimes I can’t find her.

Sometimes, when I find her in one of these spots, I feel like she wants to tell me “What?? Leave me alone.”

Luckily, she has stopped the whining, but she is now onto digging and chewing. She is pretty smart though, I have already taught her to ring a bell when she needs to go outside and she knows how to sit (only when a treat is dangling above her nose). I do love having her, I can’t imagine coming home to a house without her there.

I finished the 3rd and final Hunger Games book, Mockingjay. Amazing! I struggled at the very beginning to start this one, but half way through I was hooked. I felt the ending was appropriately done too. Sometimes, I read books and think, they didn’t answer this or that question I had, but I felt like all my questions were answered, so it was a nice conclusion. Now I can’t wait to see the movie based on the 1st book! They had the premiere Monday night and Louisville native Jennifer Lawrence looked like she came straight out of the book, I loved it!

My mom helped me finish unpacking my boxes from the move, put together some IKEA furniture and we hung up pictures over my desk. I had some girls from work over for lunch today, and someone told me “Your office is Pinterest worthy!” Now that’s a compliment, so I will take a picture to share with you all and Pinterest soon! I also need to finish decorating the rest of the house so I can show you my new place too!

By the way, who is loving this warm weather? At lunch today, the girls and I ate our Jimmy John subs on the back porch and then laid out for the rest of the time, we aren’t sure if we got any sun from it, but we smell lovely this afternoon. We might make it a weekly tradition.
